This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and atleader.com ("Provider", "We", or "Us") governing your use of the atleader.com website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Misuse or share confidential information, including candidate or client data.

3. Ownership

The Service, including all content, technology, and intellectual property, is owned by Provider and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Provider.

4. User Obligations

Candidates: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an anonymous profile and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Clients: You agree to use the Service only for legitimate recruitment purposes and to respect candidate anonymity until consent is given to reveal identities.

5. Payment Terms

Copy, modify, or distribute the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Provider will handle all User data, including anonymous candidate profiles, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information obtained through the Service.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

9. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Provider may terminate this Agreement if you breach any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., India], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. User Data

You grant Provider the right to collect, use, and disclose User data as necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Milestone Achievement and Invoicing

A “milestone” is defined as arranging and confirming 3 interviews for leadership positions within 5 months.
Upon milestone achievement, Provider will notify you and issue an invoice for the agreed fee, payable within 15 days.

14. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and the competent courts in Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
