This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and atleader.com ("Provider", "We", or "Us") governing your use of the atleader.com website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Service, including all content, technology, and intellectual property, is owned by Provider and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Provider.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Provider’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Provider may terminate this Agreement if you breach any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., India], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You grant Provider the right to collect, use, and disclose User data as necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and the competent courts in Chennai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
